General Terms

Subject

These general terms govern all services offered by My Storage Box (My Service Group SRL, BE 1007.805.155): storage, self-storage, mobile storage, home pick-up, and associated services.

Quotations and Orders

All requests for quotations are free and without obligation. The order is confirmed after agreement between both parties on the conditions (duration, volume, price).

Pricing

Prices are set based on the volume (m³) and duration of storage, according to the current pricing grid available on our Pricing page. Any price changes will be communicated to the customer before implementation.

Duration and Termination

Self-storage contracts can be terminated with 15 days’ notice. Specific terms for storage and mobile storage will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis upon signing the contract.

Insurance

Stored items benefit from coverage included up to €100/m³. Additional insurance can be subscribed upon request for items of higher value.

Access

Access to self-storage spaces is possible during current hours (07:00-22:00). Access to storage is by appointment.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited for storage: perishable goods, flammable products, explosives, hazardous substances, living beings, and any property whose possession is illegal.

Liability

My Storage Box is committed to ensuring the security of storage spaces. Any claim regarding damage must be reported as soon as possible after observation. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, directly with our team.

Applicable Law

These general conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, the courts of Brussels are the only ones competent.
